Mountain trips, dark caves, the skiing path for those who are enthusiast for winter sports, breath taking landscapes, valleys and thick forests, sunny glades, flora and fauna, all these make the surroundings of Arieseni Sun Glade Chalet a place where every vacation becomes an unique life experience.
Arieseni is a fascinating environment for all those who appreciate the authentical beauty of nature. One of the main attractions in the area is Magura Cave, the most beautiful cave from Sighistel Valley and also one of the most beautiful in the whole country. Moreover, the cave is considered to be a nature's monument. Having no less than 1500 metres, and a lot of stalactites, smaller or bigger, white and phosphorescent, or rust-coloured, Magura Cave is a fascinating creation of nature.

One of the main attractions in the winter is, obviously, the Vartop skiing path, equiped with teleski and snow maintenance devices. The skiing path length is of 1000 metres, 200 metres difference of altitude and a medium level ogf difficulty. Moreover, you can find hereĀ  a nocturnal installation.
Vartop Saddle represents the watershed of Aries and Crisul Negru, located at an altitude of 1140 metres, at km 27+700 on DN75.
Once we get to the saddle, the fascinating Groapa Ruginoasa, with a width of cca. 450m and a depth of 1000 metres appears. In the center of the hollow, there is Flowers' Glade, another beautiful place. The circuit of Somesul Cald is a 4 hours trip, the circuit being composed of two circuits, a little one - Radesa Circiut, and a larger one - The circuit of Somesul Cald. The name of this circuit comes from the fact that it starts from the shore of an affluent of Somes.
There is another circuit - Galbena Circuit, which starts from Ponor Glade, crossed by Ponor Valley. Once you get to the mountain, the path climbs abruptly, passes through Izbucul Galben, and gets to a waterfall nearby Cetatile Ponorului.
